Changing Shipping Address
- If your order has not yet shipped, we can change the delivery address at no additional cost.
- If the order has already shipped, a fee may apply to update the address based on the new destination.
Import Duties and VAT
- Most orders do not require VAT during customs clearance.
- For high-value orders, customs may request additional documentation from the buyer.
- Import duties, taxes, and any applicable fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Delays
In the event of delays caused by factors beyond our control or that of our logistics partners, we will:
1. Notify you with an updated estimated delivery date
2. Cancel the order if delivery is not possible within 90 days
3. Issue a full refund if the order is canceled due to delivery failure
An order is considered successfully delivered once it reaches the address you provided at checkout.
